- 2 medium broccoli (600 g / 1.3 lb / 21.1 oz)
- 1/4 cup melted ghee, butter or extra virgin olive oil (55 g / 1.9 oz)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt or to taste (I like pink Himalayan)
- Optional: 1 tsp dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme) and grated Parmesan cheese on top
